We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Open Before Payment (No Charges Return)
We offer an “open before payment” option for your convenience.
You may open and inspect your parcel in front of the delivery rider before making payment.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it immediately to the rider.
No charges will apply in this case.
